We love nothing more than having visitors come and train with us!
If you are just passing through, here are your options to attend:

• 5 Visit Pass: $110
• 10 Visit Pass: $190
• 15 Visit Pass: $255
• 20 Visit Pass: $320

No booking is required— you can purchase your drop in visits at the door by scanning the QR code available. If you’d like to guarantee a time slot for our recovery services (sauna, ice bath, boots), we recommend booking ahead to secure your spot.

Your pass gives you full access to our gym facilities, including classes, the weights area, cardio zone, and strength machines, our outdoor traditional sauna all for the duration of your session. Recovery services like our compression boots, ice bath and infrared sauna can be added separately.

Yes! Our infrared sauna, commercial ice bath, and compression boots are available as drop-in recovery options. These need to be booked in advance to make sure the space is ready for you.

Please bring a towel, water bottle, and appropriate training shoes. If you’re using the recovery facilities, bring swimmers or spare clothes for the sauna/ice bath.

Yes. Drop-in passes are available for ages 16+. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, or have prior approval from our coaching team.
